Call out that an accident has occurred on the radio.
All pilots need to keep the radio frequency clear. Only communicate if you can contribute. Pilots in the air can relay emergency communications as needed.
Airborne pilots - fly your wing. Land safely. Don't create additional problems.
Attempt to communicate with the pilot over radio. If you can't communicate with the pilot call 911.
Someone with medical/rescue experience take command.
If this is a minor incident. Communicate that the incident has been resolved:

Communicate on radio that there is a major incident.

Nature of incident and degree of injury
Location: nearby roads, landmarks and GPS coordinates
include access information
where to meet EMS
Will helicopter possibly be necessary; is there a location for them to
land?
In addition to an Incident Commander you may need
Person to contact all pilots in air to inform them of incident and
request to keep channel clear.
Person to retrieve first aid kit
Person to monitor vital signs, pulse and respirations (CPR certified)
Person to contact pilot’s immediate family
Person to be a scribe – document everything at intervals or when
there is a change in condition.
The Incident Commander is responsible for submitting a report to USHPA.
